While going through this approach, what struck me was that through our ancestors we inherit not only what seeks to be cleared and healed, but also the gifts that are waiting to be recognised, expanded and consciously lived. We recognise that every lineage carries both burdens that seek completion and gifts that seek expression. One deserves our compassion. The other deserves our recognition.
