1. Products & Services Offered

SoulSearch® offers:

2. All Sales Are Final

Due to the energetic nature of our work and digital product format, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any product or service.

Please purchase mindfully and trust that your soul has guided you to exactly what you need in this moment.

3. Rescheduling Consultations

Private consultation sessions may be rescheduled once, provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments without prior notice will be considered forfeited. To request a reschedule, email connect@soulsearch.life.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Digital products are delivered via email immediately after purchase. Please check your inbox and spam folder.
  • If you have an account on SoulSearch.life, your downloads will remain accessible there.
  • Physical items are shipped worldwide with free standard shipping. Please allow adequate time for delivery based on your location.
  • Tracking information, if applicable, will be emailed once your item has shipped.

5. International Orders

We currently ship worldwide. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Payment Methods

We accept secure payments via PayPal and Stripe. All prices are listed in EUR unless otherwise stated.
